Terms of use

These terms apply to the Jestrivo website and mobile app. By creating a business account or signing in, you agree to them.

Your account

• The business owner is responsible for the account, for the staff they invite, and for what each role may do.
• Keep passwords private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• Use Jestrivo only for lawful business, and do not try to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions

• New businesses start with a free trial. After it, a paid plan (or a license code) keeps the account active.
• Plans are paid in advance for the period shown. Online payments are confirmed straight away; bank transfers are confirmed by our team.
• If a subscription ends, the account is locked until it is renewed. Your records are kept and come back when you renew.

Your data

Your business's records belong to you. You can export your products and reports at any time. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

The service

We work to keep Jestrivo available and accurate, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Check important figures (for example tax and accounts) before relying on them, and keep your own copies of essential records. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Ending

You can stop using Jestrivo at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid for, after telling the owner where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Jestrivo after a change means you accept it.
